Treat Your Staff To An Office Paint Party This Random Acts of Kindness Week

From 14th-20th February, we are celebrating Random Acts of Kindness Week! It’s a celebration of all the ways that we can become more positive influences in each other's lives whether this is our friends, family, or even members of staff.

Gifting incentives to your staff (and yourself too!) will help create an encouraging and fun environment at work. In this blog, we are going to be explaining why this particular week is important and also why recognising your staff’s hard work is important too. So, let’s jump right in!

Now would be the perfect time to treat your staff to a relaxing and fun event to thank them for all their hard work. Studies show that treating your staff to fun activities and incentives will increase motivation, development within the business, and increases staff retention.

Recognising the hard work that your staff does is essential when retaining members of staff. If you don’t do this, then they can feel unappreciated and like they aren’t doing well in their role. Incentives are a great way to reassure staff that they are doing well.

What are some meaningful gift ideas?

• Round of drinks at a local bar

• Gift cards

• Flowers or chocolates

• Trips away

• Unique events like our Sip and Paint events!

Our office sip and paint parties are the perfect way to get everyone together and involved in a fun and relaxing evening of painting and sipping some bubbly.

The special thing about these events is that they can be completely customised to exactly what you want. We offer a bespoke painting experience with any painting that you’d like, or you can choose from our standard list of options. We do anything from Van Gogh to Frida Kahlo.

The experience will last for two hours and this doesn’t include set up or cleaning time. Included in the package is all of the equipment you require for the event, and we can also have some art props created to take some fabulous photos with.

For more information about our office paint parties, visit our website or give us a call!
