Terms and Conditions

1. Event Booking:

a. All event bookings are subject to availability.

b. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and time for the event.

c. Final payment is due  7 days before the scheduled event.

 

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

a. The non-refundable deposit is forfeited in the event of cancellation.

b. Cancellations made 7 days or fewer days before the event will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

c. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

 

3. Event Details:

a. The client must provide accurate details regarding the number of attendees at least 7 days before the event.

b. Changes to the number of attendees within  2 days of the event may incur an additional fee.

 

4. Art Supplies:

a. The cost of art supplies is included in the event fee.

b. Any additional supplies requested by the client may incur extra charges.

 

5. Venue:

a. The client or Paint Away Events is responsible for securing the venue for the event whichever is verbally agreed.

b. The client or Paint Away Events must ensure the venue allows for the setup of painting materials and complies with all local regulations.

 

6. Alcohol Policy:

a. For public events, participants must comply with the venue's alcohol policies.

b. For private events, the client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for serving alcohol.

7. Liability:

a. Paint Away Events is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during the event.

b. Participants are responsible for their own actions and must follow safety guidelines provided.

8. Intellectual Property:

a. The artwork created during the event is the intellectual property of the participants.

b. Paint Away Events retains the right to photograph or record the event for promotional purposes with permission sought.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Paint Away Events reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

 

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (for UK):

a. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

b. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in [City], in accordance with the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

c. The arbitration decision is final, with each party bearing its own costs.

 

By booking an event with Paint Away Events, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
