About Paint Away Events

What do you do?
We’re a small business with a big love for art. Our lovely team of artists creates fun, colourful painting experiences for both public and private events. Whether it’s a relaxed social session or a special celebration, we’re here to make your event memorable.

What types of events do you do?
We host a wide range of events, including:

  • Public paint sessions

  • Private parties and gatherings with friends

  • Work and corporate team-building events

  • Children’s paint parties
    If you have something specific in mind, just let us know—we’re happy to customise an event for you.

Public Events FAQs

I have a question about a public event. Who do I contact?

If you have any questions about a public event whether it’s about rescheduling, resending tickets, or anything else, just drop us an email at info@paintawayevents.com or use our chat

We’ll be happy to help and will get back to you as soon as possible.

What’s the minimum age for your public events?
Most of our events are suitable for ages 11+. Some venues are 18+, and this will be mentioned on the event listing or venue’s website.

 

We’re coming as a group. How do we make sure we’re seated together?

To be seated together, please book all tickets in one single transaction or use the exact same group name for each booking. We can’t guarantee that bookings with different checkout names will be seated together due to our pre-planned seating arrangements.

Are public events for individuals or groups?

Our public events are open to both individuals and groups, so you’re very welcome to attend on your own or with friends, family, or colleagues.

 

I’d like to redeem a voucher. What should I do?
If your gift voucher didn’t work or you need help redeeming it, please email us at info@paintawayevents.com with the subject line:
Gift Voucher: [Your enquiry subject]
We’ll take it from there.

Do you take ideas for future public paint sessions?
Absolutely! We love hearing your suggestions. Just drop us a message or email with your ideas.

 

Can I use gift cards, vouchers, or discount codes for all events?

Gift cards, vouchers, and discount codes cannot be used for events booked through our external partner links. They are only valid for bookings made directly through the Paint Away Events website.

Private Events FAQs

How many people are required for a private event?
Our minimum is 10 guests. If you’re still keen with fewer people, please contact us and we’ll see how we can help.

Do you do children’s private paint parties?
Yes, we do. We request a minimum of 10 children. Get in touch and we’ll send you all the details.

What do you classify as a corporate event?
If you’re an organisation looking to do something special for your team, we can create a lovely corporate paint event for you.
Please fill in our Corporate Event Form, and we’ll be in touch to plan your session.

Where do you operate?

We currently operate in Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire, Bury, Chester, Wales, Leeds, and Edinburgh. We can come to your accommodation, office, or a local venue, and we also work with a few partner venues where we can host your event. Just let us know your area and we’ll check what’s possible for your event.

Do you provide catering?
No, we don’t provide catering, but we’re happy to help you find a suitable venue and connect you with catering options if needed.

How early can you organise a venue?
If you already have a venue, we can set up your event quite quickly.
If not, we recommend a minimum of 10 days, but feel free to check in with us. We will test our luck in finding a venue and make it happen. We're always happy to help where we can.

What painting styles can we choose from?
We offer a variety of fun painting options to suit your group. We have a great range of paintings you can choose from our catalogue or our website. You can also go with candle painting, wine glass painting, tote bag painting  or freehand painting, try a playful Draw a Mate session, or choose a “pick your own” painting such as Frida Kahlo collection or our fruit collection. If you have a theme in mind let us know we should be able to help you out.

Do we have to copy the painting exactly, or can we be creative?

You’re welcome to paint along with our artist step by step, or put your own creative spin on it. Feel free to change the colours, add your own details, or adjust the style to match your taste. Every guest’s painting turns out unique, and that’s part of the fun—you’ll be amazed at how different they all look by the end.
