Frida Kahlo - Eat, and Paint @ Casa Mexcia

Come and paint iconic Frida Khalo in ‎a Mexican restaurant! Learn how to paint the artist that so many are inspired by! A woman of incredible talent and fierce eyebrows, it’s time to bring her essence to life.

This paint party provides a relaxed environment where you can eat, drink and chat while letting your inner artist unfurl. You will learn to paint alongside a professional/amateur artist and finish with an artwork you will love. No experience is necessary: you just need to be up for trying something new!

Tickets include a platter for one:

Meat

- Taco:  tortilla with chicken tinga,  guacamole, and pico de Gallo salsa, Valentina sauce, and sour cream.

- Quesadilla: tortilla filled with melted cheese, slow-cooked beef barbacoa, onion, and coriander, with a side of pickled cabbage and honey sauce

- Nachos: a small portion of tortilla chips with melted cheese and cheese sauce, refried beans, guacamole, and pico de gallo salsa

Vegetarian

- Taco: tortilla with pulled jackfruit carnitas,   guacamole and pico de Gallo salsa, Valentina sauce and sour cream

- Quesadilla: tortilla filled with melted cheese and vegetables, onion and coriander, pickled cabbage, and honey sauce

- Nachos: a small portion of tortilla chips with melted cheese and cheese sauce, refried beans, freshly homemade guacamole, and pico de gallo salsa

Vegan

- Taco: tortilla filled with pulled jackfruit carnitas, fresh homemade guacamole, pico de gallo salsa, valentina sauce, and vegan sour cream

- Quesadilla: tortilla filled with vegan melted cheese and chilli con vegetables, onion and coriander, pickled cabbage, and maple syrup sauce

- Nachos: a small portion of tortilla chips with vegan melted cheese, refried beans, freshly homemade guacamole, and pico de gallo salsa

At our paint parties, all the equipment will be provided;

• A pre-drawn 16x12 canvas
• Brushes
• Paint
• Palettes
• Tissues
• Water cup
• Aprons
• A bespoke Frida Khalo headband to wear whilst you paint
• Drinks available to purchase

Please arrive 10-minutes before the start of class, so that we may get you seated and ready to Paint Away. Pay and Display street parking is available outside the venue, alternatively, there is an NCP car park located next door to the venue.

· Children aged 11 and below are not able to join the event.

· Non-painting guest(s) are not able to join the event.
